Foreman 

ROMEXTERRA CONSTRUCTION INC. Fire and Water Restoration Services is Chicagolands trusted family-owned leader in restoration since 2003. We are looking for a Foreman (FINISH & ROUGH CARPENTRY) to join our team and follow our core values of honesty, transparency, and doing the right thing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Lead a team of 1-2 technicians in rebuilding properties after Fire & Water Damage
• Communicate with homeowner and project manager
• Purchase materials needed for job
• Perform reconstruction work

SKILLS:

• Finish and rough carpentry
• Drywall
• Painting
• Tiling
• Minor plumbing/Electrical
• Floor covering (laminate, engineered, carpet restretching is a plus).
• Multilingual is a plus

COMPENSATION: Great pay in accordance with experience and incentive-based bonuses. Other possible benefits include a company vehicle, cell phone, and credit card.

GREAT BENEFITS:

The employee is eligible for the following commission plan to be paid on total sales when the employee refers business to Romexterra:

3% of total mitigation and content sales that are a direct result of a documented relationship that Employee has initiated and maintained

1% of total reconstruction/ repair sales that are a direct result of a documented relationship that Employee has initiated and maintained

The company will provide a company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone.

After 90 days, the employee will be eligible for Paid Time Off

5 days vacation and 3 sick days for the 1st year of employment

After 3 years of employment, the employee will be eligible for 2 weeks vacation and 3 sick days
